The house is part of a development where there's already a required implantation drawing. The site's main feature is its declination of about twenty per cent towards Northwest where there's a panoramic view of Tâmega's river. Thus from the solar orientation and the topography followed a solution that divided two floors in four where every rooms are spotted as one walks around the house.
The living room spreads to the outdoor patio facing South: an intimate space that gradually opens to the grandeur of the surrounding view from the terraces destined for an aromatic garden.
The final solution results in a contrast between the simplicity of the white brick's exterior with the complexity of the inside rooms's association.
